This is a full-day tour from morning to evening.
The tour starts with a transfer from your hotel to the local dhow port, either in Fumba Village or Kikungwi Village. This tour gives you the opportunity to experience nature and enjoy beautiful marine surroundings. The journey begins from Fumba or Kikungwi by traditional dhow.
The first stop is at the Kwale Coral Reef, where you will go snorkeling and observe colorful fish.
After snorkeling, you will relax at a sandbank, a true paradise, where you’ll be served tropical fruits such as bananas, mangoes, coconuts, watermelon, and pineapple.
The next stop is Kwale Island, where a beach barbecue seafood buffet is served. The buffet includes a variety of seafood such as lobster, octopus, grilled fish, calamari, and soft drinks. You’ll enjoy your lunch while relaxing on the beach.
Additional activities on the island include:
A short jungle walk to see and climb a 500-year-old baobab tree
Swimming in a mangrove lagoon
Afterward, you will return to Fumba or Kikungwi Village by dhow.
